In female reproductive system ovaries plays an important role. Sometimes a fluid filled pockets develops on/in the ovary. They are harmless, painless and usually go away without any treatment. Every woman develops at least one cyst in their lifetime. Problems arises when they don’t go away normally. Symptoms might include abdominal pain, fever, dizziness, pelvic pain. Symptoms should not be ignored because they can indicate towards ruptured cyst.
